A: This course is open to everyone with an interest in AI! You don’t need to be an IT professional — just curious, motivated, and ready to learn.
Q: Do I need to pay for any products or applications used in the course?
A: No. All learning resources and tools used in the program are freely available.
Q: Will the course materials remain available after the 6-week program?
A: Yes. You’ll continue to have access to the course content on the Digital Hub after the program ends.
Q: Can I go through the modules faster than the weekly schedule?
A: Absolutely. The program is flexible and self-paced — you can progress through the online modules as quickly as you like.
Q: When will I receive my AWS exam voucher?
A: Vouchers will be distributed closer to the exam phase (Week 6). You’ll receive an email notification once it’s available in your Digital Hub profile.
Q: Do I need an AWS subscription for lab activities?
A: No AWS subscription is required for this course. The focus is on conceptual and applied understanding through guided online learning.

Q: How long is the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam?
A: The exam is approximately 90 minutes and covers key foundational AI and machine-learning concepts.

Q: Can I use the course materials or notes during the exam?
A: No — the exam is not open book. You’ll need to achieve a 70 % pass mark. However, making personal notes while studying is highly encouraged.
Q: What happens if I don’t pass the exam? Can I re-sit?
A: The voucher included in the program covers one attempt. You can re-sit the exam later by purchasing another voucher directly from AWS or an authorised testing provider.
Q: Can I take the exam after the 6-week course or in the new year?
A: Yes! You can book your exam at a time that suits you — even after the program ends.
Q: Is the exam online or in person?
A: The exam is online and proctored remotely, but you can also choose to take it at a physical testing centre if preferred.

Q: Will Q&A and Focus Sessions be recorded?
A: Yes. All sessions are recorded and will be uploaded to the Digital Hub under your course page.
Q: How can I get calendar invites for the Q&A sessions?
A: You can download all iCalendar (.ics) files at once. Instructions will be shared in your upcoming program email.
Q: I can’t attend a live session. Can I post questions elsewhere?
A: Yes. You can post questions in this Discussion Forum anytime — our team and trainers will respond here.
Q: The Discussion Forum says I’m not a member of any group. What should I do?
A: Our team is resolving this access issue. You’ll receive a confirmation once group permissions are updated.
Q: When do the modules become available?
A: The course modules will be released progressively from 27 October, with all content accessible through your Digital Hub dashboard.

Q: My module shows 0 % progress even after I’ve completed it — why?
A: This is an AWS integration limitation. Your completion is still recorded in the background. If you exit mid-module, simply reopen and continue where you left off. You don’t need to restart.
Q: Can I redo a module I’ve already finished?
A: Yes. You can relaunch any module as many times as you like.
Q: Can you provide an individual progress report?
A: Not currently — AWS doesn’t share that data back to our system, but feedback has been passed to developers.
