How to redeem your eTextbook?

Once you receive the courseware code follow the simple steps below to gain access to your eTextbook.

1. Create your account at bookshelf.vitalsource.com if you have not already.

2. Select the Redeem code option from the top menu or click on the button on the page

3. Enter your code your received from Lumify in the box displayed. Selecting redeem will add this book to your library.

Having issues with your eBook (courseware code)?

Reach us via Digital Hub help or simply email our courseware team at courseware@lumifygroup.com with the below information:

• Your name & registered email for the course

• Course you are attending/enrolled in

• Your issues and the help you need (be specific and provide context if necessary)

Please note that our team may not be able to help you with exam rescheduling, cancellation etc. This can be managed individually and may not need our assistance.
